Rates and Payment | $1,200 per person per week | | | Payment Policy | | A deposit of 50 percent is required within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due the day you arrive at the Ranch. Bookings made fewer than 45 days prior to arrival date must be accompanied by full payment. We accept personal checks or cash. We do not accept credit cards at this time. 
| Cancellation Policy | | Because of the time, energy and effort required in preparing for you visit, cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date will receive a 75% refund, unless otherwise stated. Whether you have paid by check or cash, you will receive your deposit LESS a 25% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to a confirmed arrival date. In situations where reservations must be cancelled, we encourage you to reschedule your visit, rather than cancel completely. There is no charge for rescheduling. | Gratuities | | We believe gratuities should be left to the discretion of our guests. Therefore, they are not included in the rates. Your satisfaction with the service of our staff may be expressed through gratuities which you feel are appropriate |
